本ポリシーは、Chrome 拡張機能「ChatFlow Studio for YouTube」および「ChatFlow Studio for Twitch」（以下あわせて「本拡張」）の利用に伴い取り扱う情報について説明するものです。 本拡張は YouTube・Google LLC・Twitch Interactive, Inc. の公式製品ではなく、これらと提携していません。

本拡張は、広告配信や行動分析のためのトラッキングを行いません。アクセス解析・広告のサービスも使用しません。運営者のサーバーへ情報を集めることもありません。

コメントは、ユーザーが閲覧している YouTube（www.youtube.com）または Twitch（www.twitch.tv・gql.twitch.tv）から、そのサイトがチャット表示に使っている通信と同じ方法で読み込みます。
Twitch のスタンプ画像やサムネイルは static-cdn.jtvnw.net から読み込みます。
これらの通信で、ユーザーの情報を運営者や他の第三者に送ることはありません。
翻訳エンジンに Gemini を選び、ユーザーが翻訳を実行した場合のみ、翻訳するコメントの本文と、ユーザーが入力した API キーを HTTPS で Google の Gemini API に送ります。 送ったデータの扱いは Google の規約に従います。ブラウザ内蔵の翻訳を選んだ場合、翻訳は端末内で行われ、外部には送りません。
プレミアムの販売・請求は Polar 経由で行われ、Google・YouTube・Twitch による販売・請求ではありません。 支払い・返金に関するお問い合わせは、Polar の購入ページまたは本ポリシー記載の運営者へご連絡ください。
プレミアムを利用する場合、ユーザーが入力したライセンスキーを HTTPS で Polar の API に送り、有効性を確かめます。 認証結果は端末内に保存し、およそ 24 時間ごとに有効性を確かめ直します。
本拡張は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を変更します。

This policy describes how the Chrome extensions ChatFlow Studio for YouTube and ChatFlow Studio for Twitch (the “Extension”) handle information. The Extension is not an official product of, or affiliated with, YouTube, Google LLC, or Twitch Interactive, Inc.

The Extension does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect any data on the operator’s servers.

Comments are loaded from YouTube (www.youtube.com) or Twitch (www.twitch.tv, gql.twitch.tv) on the page you are viewing, in the same way the site loads its own chat.
Twitch emote images and thumbnails are loaded from static-cdn.jtvnw.net.
No user information is sent to the operator or any other third party through these requests.
Google (Gemini translation): Only when you choose Gemini as the translation engine and run a translation, the comment text and your API key are sent over HTTPS to Google’s Gemini API, under Google’s terms. The browser’s built-in translator runs on your device and sends nothing.
Polar (premium): Premium is sold and billed through Polar, not by Google, YouTube, or Twitch. Contact the seller through the Polar purchase page or the operator above for payment and refund inquiries. When you use premium, your license key is sent over HTTPS to Polar’s API for validation; the result is stored on your device and re-validated about every 24 hours.
We do not sell your personal information.
Local data remains until you delete it in the Extension, clear extension data, or uninstall the Extension. Fetched comments can also be deleted automatically based on your settings. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
